ORDERING
Orders may be placed either through our certified, secured and encrypted shopping cart on our web site or through our Customer Service Department at 260-432-1212. By placing an order with OfficeOne Technologies, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and that OfficeOne Technologies is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by OfficeOne Technologies.
TERMS
Payment is due before shipment, unless other terms have been negotiated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, COD, and Wire Transfer. Dealers, resellers, and government and educational institutions may apply for payment terms other than prepaid. These terms will be determined based on overall credit history and financial
ability to pay for all goods purchased. Please allow 10-15 business days for application processing. Upon approval for terms, if an account reaches its set credit limit, further shipments may be placed on "hold" status until the amount over the limit is paid.
PAYMENTS
When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until the items are shipped. For accounts with payment terms, when paying by check, please ensure that your customer number and invoice numbers are clearly listed to speed up processing and avoid possible errors. Any deductions must include proper documentation before they are allowed. Deductions for shortages, defective products, returns, etc., MUST have an accompanying credit memo when deducted from the payment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in credit not being applied. attorney’s fees, collection fees and related expenses incurred by OfficeOne Technologies. The venue for all court hearings and litigation will be in Allen County, Indiana.
ACCURACY
OfficeOne Technologies attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Precision Roller shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. OfficeOne Technologies reserves the right to change its terms and conditions in any respect at any time. OfficeOne Technologies reserves the right to waive any of these terms and conditions without affecting future enforceability of that or any other term or condition.
